A little about me…
My work is not just a job to me, this is my soul-calling in this lifetime. Many expect me to have experienced little wounding of my own and be the free spirit that I am because nobody has ever put me in a cage.
That could not be further from my truth.
I do this work because I once sat where you might be today. Exhausted, anxious, starving for connection and lost in the fog of life. So much trauma had built up in my body that I was constantly numb, in pain, and unable to access joy, pleasure or love.
The theme of my life had been survival. From childhood, it seemed as though as soon as I surpassed one hurdle, I would run into another. I lived my life in my head, never able to fully feel my body. Nothing felt safe and I could never fully relax.
Until, in 2020, motherhood cracked me open and I went on a deeply personal journey of healing and transformation. As I found healing, I found my passion. I found my pleasure. And I overflowed with the desire to share what I had learned.
Out of that passion, my work was born.
So I welcome you, dear one, to allow yourself to open to who and what you might become in a space with no judgement, no shame, no “fixing”. Only love, holding, guidance and deep, reverent respect.
